Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated 13 June 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Use and applies to everyone who uses Clyro. We may update it; the "last updated" date will change.

1. Use Clyro lawfully and honestly

You agree to use Clyro only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws (including trade, export, sanctions, food-safety, and data-protection laws).

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Fraud / misrepresentation — submit false information or forged/altered documents, misrepresent your identity, business, products, or verification status, or impersonate another person or company.
  • Circumvention / scraping / cloning — scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract platform data; reverse-engineer or clone the platform or its architecture; or use platform data or contacts to circumvent Clyro and misappropriate relationships or fees.
  • Illegal or harmful goods/activity — use Clyro to trade prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, or illegally sourced goods, or to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity.
  • Security abuse — upload malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access; probe, disrupt, or overload the service; bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures (including AI safeguards).
  • Abusive content/behaviour — post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing content; spam; or misuse messaging.
  • Misuse of others' data — share personal data without a lawful basis or upload content you have no right to share.

3. Verification & trust integrity

Submitting false verification evidence, gaming trust signals, or interfering with the verification process is a serious breach and may incur liability.

4. Enforcement

We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts, remove content, and reverse trust/verification status for breaches, and report unlawful activity to authorities where required. We operate fraud, abuse, and anti-cloning detection (including decoy/honey-pot checks).

5. Reporting

Report suspected violations to support@clyro.trade.
