Your data rights.
Under GDPR + similar regimes you have the right to access your personal data and to request its deletion. Clyro respects both. Here's how each works.
Export my data
Download a JSON snapshot of every row in our database that touches your account — profile, RFQs, inquiries, Selected orders, POs, PIs, sample requests, favourites, NCA acceptances, sourcing agreements, feedback, documents, audit events, and email messages addressed to you.

Delete my account
We anonymise your profile immediately. Your personal-identifying fields (name, email, phone, company, legal-identity documents) are wiped within minutes.
What survives: POs, PIs, NCAs, sourcing agreements and other trade documents are retained for the legal hold period required by your jurisdiction's tax + audit law (typically 6 years). After that window, an admin can hard-delete them. This protects you and your counterparties from unwinding trades that have already closed.
