Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to community features — posts, topic groups, profiles, and messaging. They are part of the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Use.
1. Keep it professional and on-topic
Clyro's community is for legitimate trade: sharing trade insight, asking and answering questions, and connecting with verified businesses. Post relevant, professional content.
2. Be honest and respectful
- Be accurate; don't post false or misleading claims about yourself, your products, or others.
- Be respectful — no harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
- Respect others' rights — don't post content you don't have the right to share.
3. Don't
- Spam, advertise irrelevantly, or post repetitive/low-value content.
- Post unlawful, counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited goods or activity.
- Share others' personal data without a lawful basis, or private/confidential information.
- Use the community to circumvent the platform, scrape data, or solicit off-platform to misappropriate relationships or fees.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your verification status.
4. Moderation
We may remove content, limit posting, or suspend accounts that breach these guidelines or the Acceptable Use Policy. Verified status and trust signals reflect platform checks and may be adjusted on misconduct.
5. Reporting
Report content that violates these guidelines to support@clyro.trade.
