Subscription & Billing Terms

These terms are part of the Terms of Use and apply to paid plans and commissions. Current prices are on the Pricing page. We may update these terms; changes apply going forward.

1. Buyers are free

Buyers use Clyro at no charge. All fees are charged to the sell side (exporters, service providers, input suppliers) only.

2. Commissions (success-based)

Clyro charges success-based commissions on facilitated deals as published on the Pricing page (currently: a match-eligibility commission and a selected-supplier commission, each a percentage of the deal's FOB value with a minimum fee). Commissions are charged to the sell side. Clyro does not hold or transfer trade funds — commissions are invoiced separately by Clyro.

3. Subscriptions

Optional subscription plans (e.g. exporter Pro/Business; featured listings for service providers/input suppliers) are billed annually or monthly as shown at sign-up. Subscriptions provide the features listed for the plan and tier limits as published.

4. Billing & payment

  • Billing is currently by invoice (manual). You are responsible for paying invoices by the stated terms and for any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT).
  • Late or non-payment may lead to a grace period, then suspension of paid features, per the published schedule.

5. Renewals, changes & cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled before renewal; we send renewal reminders.
  • You can change or cancel a plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (no partial-period refunds unless required by law).
  • We may change prices or plans; changes apply going forward and do not alter commissions already agreed on existing deals. Existing subscribers receive reasonable notice of price changes.

6. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. We address billing errors in good faith — contact us.
