We do not sell personal information

Clyro does not sell or share your personal information for monetary consideration. We also do not engage in the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This applies to all users, regardless of jurisdiction.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (Civ. Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199) gives you the following rights:
  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you (we do not sell).
  • Right to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal-retention exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable since we do not sell or share.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive PI for purposes beyond what's required to provide the service.
  • Right to non-discrimination — exercising any of these rights does not affect the price or quality of the service.

What personal information we collect

For details on what data we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy. For machine-readable export or account deletion, see our Your data rights page.

How to exercise these rights

Email privacy@clyro.trade with the subject line "CCPA Request — [Access | Delete | Correct]". Include the email address associated with your Clyro account. We respond within 45 days as required by CCPA §1798.130. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

Other US state laws

Similar rights are granted to residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws. The same email address handles all such requests. We respond within each law's required timeframe.
