AI Usage Policy

This policy governs use of Clyro's AI features. It complements the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and the AI Disclaimers & Transparency notice. We may update it; the "last updated" date will change.

1. Clyro's AI features

Clyro offers AI assistance, including Tunka (trade assistant) and Super-Tunka (admin assistant), plus background AI that supports verification, market intelligence, content, and operations. These tools are assistive — they help you work faster; they do not replace your judgment or professional advisors.

2. Acceptable use of AI

You may use Clyro's AI to support legitimate trade and platform tasks. You agree not to:

  • Use the AI to generate or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content or activity.
  • Attempt to make the AI reveal the platform's source code, database schema, internal architecture, security controls, or other confidential/proprietary information, or to clone or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Inject instructions (including via uploaded files) intended to bypass the AI's rules, safety controls, or access restrictions.
  • Submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or content you have no right to share.
  • Rely on AI output as legal, tax, customs, financial, or professional advice, or as a guarantee.
  • Overload, scrape, or abuse the AI services, or exceed published usage limits.

3. How AI uses your data

  • Clyro processes your inputs through a governed AI gateway with cost and safety controls. AI providers act as sub-processors under data-processing terms (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Clyro does not train or fine-tune AI models on your data. AI is used for inference only.
  • Aggregate market intelligence is produced only from anonymized, K-anonymized data so no individual or business is identifiable.
  • The assistant does not remember you between conversations unless you opt in to personalization memory (Privacy Policy §7 and the memory-consent notice); that memory is yours to view, edit, and delete.

4. Accuracy & your responsibility

AI outputs (market data, requirements, suggestions, document readings) can be incomplete or wrong. Verify before contracting or relying on them. You are responsible for decisions you make using AI assistance.

5. Uploads to the assistant

Where you can attach files or images to the assistant, you must have the right to share them, they must not contain malware or unlawful content, and you understand the assistant treats their contents as information to consider — not as instructions to obey. Uploads are subject to size/type limits and the same data protections as your other content.

6. Usage limits & fair use

AI usage may be subject to per-tier limits and an overall cost cap to keep the service reliable for everyone. We may throttle or suspend AI access that is abusive or exceeds limits.

7. Enforcement

Misuse of the AI features may result in warnings, limits, suspension, or termination, and may be reported where required by law.
