Exporter Verification Declaration

CLYRO EXPORTER VERIFICATION DECLARATION — v1.1
Effective from 13 June 2026.

This declaration is made by the Exporter (the party accepting these terms via
the Clyro platform) in favour of Clyro Trade & Technology S.A.E. ("Clyro"),
Cairo, Egypt.

1. DOCUMENT ACCURACY
The Exporter declares that every document, photograph, certificate, reference
letter, or other artefact uploaded to Clyro's verification system, or
collected by Clyro on the Exporter's behalf through any other channel
(including email or messaging applications), is:

  (a) authentic and unaltered;
  (b) issued by or on behalf of the entity or authority it purports to be
      from;
  (c) current at the time of upload, and not revoked, expired, suspended, or
      under appeal; and
  (d) lawfully obtained and lawfully shared with Clyro.

2. ONGOING DISCLOSURE
The Exporter will notify Clyro in writing within seven (7) days if any
uploaded document expires, is revoked, is suspended, becomes inaccurate, or
ceases to reflect the Exporter's current operations. Notice may be given to
hello@clyro.trade.

3. RIGHT TO SHARE
The Exporter has the right to share each document with Clyro for the
purposes of verification, badge display, and admin review, and grants Clyro
a non-exclusive licence to retain copies for those purposes for as long as
the Exporter maintains a Clyro listing plus seven (7) years thereafter for
audit and dispute-defence purposes.

4. INDEMNITY
The Exporter shall indemnify and hold harmless Clyro (Clyro Trade &
Technology S.A.E., its directors, officers, employees, and agents) against
any claim, loss, damage, fine, regulatory
action, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in
connection with:

  (a) any document or representation that is inauthentic, inaccurate,
      forged, altered, or revoked;
  (b) any reliance on such document by a third party (including buyers
      introduced through Clyro); or
  (c) any breach of clauses 1, 2, or 3 above.

5. SUSPENSION
Clyro may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately
suspend the Exporter's listing, revoke any verification badge, remove the
Exporter from search results, and withhold any subscription refund if Clyro
becomes aware of, or reasonably suspects, a breach of this declaration.

6. BUYER DISPUTES
Where a buyer introduced through Clyro raises a dispute that arises wholly
or partly from inaccurate or expired documentation, the Exporter will:

  (a) respond to the dispute promptly and at the Exporter's own cost;
  (b) provide Clyro with copies of all communications relating to the
      dispute on request; and
  (c) not name, blame, or implicate Clyro in the dispute unless Clyro has
      directly caused the issue.

7. NATURE OF CLYRO VERIFICATION
The Exporter acknowledges that Clyro's verification is a standard
documentary and operational review. It is not a forensic audit, a
guarantee of the Exporter's solvency or commercial performance, and does
not absolve the Exporter of responsibility for the goods, services, or
representations they make to buyers.

8. ACCEPTANCE
The Exporter accepts these terms by checking the agreement checkbox when
uploading verification documents, premises photos, or otherwise interacting
with the Clyro verification system. The acceptance is logged with the
Exporter user's account, IP address, user agent, timestamp, and the exact
text of this declaration as of the signing date.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This declaration is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cairo Commercial
Courts.
